No Setup Costs, Minimums, or Tricky Fees
Coolenashes Prep leads the industry in working with startups and small and mid-sized sellers. As a result of our experience, track record, and flexibility. We do not have any setup costs, no integration fees, no minimum order volume requirements, no tricky or hidden fees, and no long-term contracts.
Do You Inspect Each Of My Items When You Receive Them?
Yes. Our receiving process involves inspecting the items. We will also inspect items during the pick/pack process. However, if you would like us to inspect each of your items when we receive them, we can accommodate that request.
What Happens If My Stock Arrives Damaged?
If any of your merchandise arrives to our facility damaged, we will photograph the item(s) and the corresponding packaging, and notify you immediately.
Do You Have Long-term Storage Fees?
No, we do not have a surcharge or higher fees associated with long-term storage. No matter how long our clients’ goods remain in our warehouse, they are charged the same rate for inventory storage.
Is Tracking Included With My Shipments?
Yes, all U.S. shipments include tracking at no additional cost, and we can send tracking numbers to your customers automatically via emails that can be customized by our clients.
Do You Accept Returned Orders From My Customers?
Yes, you can direct your customers to return orders back to our Prep Center. This can be done with the packing slip that we put in each order, as well as in your company return policy.
